Evidencity uses artificial intelligence to:

• Process and analyze financial and business documents
• Enhance research capabilities and data verification
• Improve accuracy in compliance monitoring and risk assessment
• Support data extraction and validation processes

Prohibited Uses

Users may not use our AI-processed results to:

• Engage in illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
• Financial fraud or deception
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Unauthorized surveillance or tracking
• Violation of privacy rights
• Circumvention of regulatory requirements
• Make automated high-risk decisions without human oversight in areas such as:
• Financial services and lending
• Legal proceedings and advisory services
• Employment decisions and screening
• Healthcare services and diagnostics
• Any other decisions that could significantly impact individual rights or well-being
• Create or distribute misleading content, including but not limited to:
• False claims of expertise or capability
• Deceptive business practices
• Misrepresentation of AI-generated content as human-created
• Manipulation of compliance or regulatory findings
• Misleading marketing or promotional materials
• Fraudulent documentation or reports

Your Responsibilities

When using our AI-enhanced services, you must:

• Maintain appropriate human oversight of critical decisions
• Verify AI-processed results for accuracy
• Use results in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Report any concerns or misuse to privacy@evidencity.com
