How do I know that I can trust the sources?
In addition to signing a confidentiality agreement that includes anti-bribery clauses, our network is reference checked, interviewed and tested before being allowed on the platform. Our third-party payment provider conducts a secondary screening process to confirm identity, address, and bank account information. Moreover, Evidencity has an open door policy, where we encourage our local providers to disclose incidences of extortion and illicit behavior.
What does Evidencity provide that my other online resources do not?
Information aggregators employ algorithms to download entire databases on a regular schedule. The information they provide is only as good as the databases they access. Delays in updates to files, human and machine error, and changes to privacy regulations or other rules governing online access all impact returns. In addition to providing you access to digitized pubic information, Evidencity provides you access to public information that has not yet been digitized, and always pulls the most recent version of your document for every order.
What format is the information returned in?
Depending on the jurisdiction and the information, a client can receive 1) the actual unofficial document, 2) the actual official document, 3) information transcribed from the document or 4) correspondence regarding the steps taken and the result. Where available, Evidencity strives to provide the actual document, but this is not always possible.
I am seeking information that I don’t see listed on the country card, but I believe it is publicly available. Will Evidencity be able to access that information?
Evidencity aims to provide its clients access to all information that is publicly available in all jurisdictions we cover to complete your information gaps. In the case there is information that you are seeking that is not listed, just ask us. We are constantly expanding our capability and the items that we provide are those which are the most frequently requested.
What is the most frequently requested information?
Company incorporation records, civil and criminal litigation, and identity verifications are the most frequently requested information. Out of 140 jurisdictions that Evidencity currently covers, approximately 40% do not offer complete online records.
